What happens after I apply for a position?

A Counterpart staff member will contact those candidates considered most qualified for the position. Only candidates invited for interview will be contacted personally, either by phone or email.

Why do I need to register?

You need to register in order to apply for any position at Counterpart International, Inc. or post your resume. There are several advantages to registering, such as:

  • Confirmation when your resume has been received
  • Notifications when you need to update your profile
  • You will be contacted when you qualify for a job opening, even if that is not the particular job for which you applied
  • Once registered, you will be able to login to the website at any time to update your resume or any of your contact information

How is the login information used?
The login information is used to verify your identity when you come back to our website. It allows you to bypass the registration screens so that you may update your resume, or apply for a position, at any time with just a few mouse clicks.

What if I already have an account in the Counterpart Applicant Database?
You can create and store profile, and apply for Counterpart job.

What is our privacy policy?
Counterpart only uses cookies on a per session basis. Your information is only stored temporarily to keep track of your progress through the registration process. Once you either complete the registration process, or logoff the website, the cookies are deleted.

How will I be able to edit my profile in the future?
You are encouraged to update your profile as often as you like. To update, simply login into your profile and click on a section you would like to edit.

How do I change my Password?

If you are already logged into your profile, please edit your password under the Account Info section.

If you have forgotten your password, click here to request it to be sent to an email address you used during the initial registration process.

What is my 'application status'?
  • Active - The profile has been updated within the past 6 months and contains answers to all required questions. Only active profile will show up in the searches that we do through the applicant database
  • Incomplete - Required information is missing from the profile. This profile will not be included in search results.
  • Outdated - This profile was updated more than 6 months ago and it will not show up in search results.
