Counterpart International is seeking a Chief of Party for an anticipated 5 year Civil Society Assessment and Strengthening program in Pakistan. With the support of Headquarters staff, the Chief of Party will provide overall project and staff management, financial oversight, donor relations and effective partnership development with local and international organizations. The Chief of Party should have a fluency and experience in the anticipated project areas of: capacity building; institutional strengthening; civil society research and assessment; training program design and delivery; grant-making; and promoting public-private partnerships. The Chief of Party will also be expected to be the official country representative of Counterpart International in Pakistan. 

The Program Development Manager will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of the division's proposals, budgets and marketing materials. The Program Development Manager will work with internal staff, partners, and donors to ensure complete, thorough and timely proposal preparation. The program development manager will report to the VP, Global Agriculture and Economic Growth.

Counterpart is seeking a Senior Public Policy Advisor (SPPA) for an anticipated 4 year civic engagement program in Georgia. With the support and under the supervision of the COP, the SPPA will be responsible for implementing activities to improve public policy discourse and public policy research and analysis at Georgia Universities. The SPPA should have a fluency and experience in the anticipated project areas of: public policy, higher education, research and analysis, textbook and curriculum development, and educational exchanges.
